HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 17, 2005, complainant contacted the hearing officer to request an additional
14 days to serve interrogatories. The hearing officer granted the request. Interrogatories are now
due on November 3, 2005, and responses are due December 5, 2005.
The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on December 1, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant.
