HEARING OFFICER ORDER

The parties are hereby directed to file any pre-hearing motions on or before October 20,

2005. Any responses to the pre-hearing motions are due to be filed on or before October 25,

2005. The mailbox rule does not apply.

 

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-

hearing conference with the hearing officer on October 27, 2005, at 12:00 p.m. The conference

must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own

appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-

captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
