    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 12, 2005, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that due to a conflict, it
    would be unable to appear at the scheduled telephonic status conference on October 13, 2005.
    The petitioner represented that internal discussions continue, including discussions with its
    consultant. The petitioner represented that it will forward the draft petition to the respondent in
    the next 7 days for its review and comments.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on December 15, 2005, at 11:15 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
    petitioner, but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.
