    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
     
    This consolidated matter is before the Board on petitions filed by the Illinois State Toll
    Highway Authority (ISTHA) asking the Board to review two determinations by the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency regarding a leaking underground petroleum storage tank
    facility located at Belvidere Oasis (North Side), Belvidere, Boone County.
     
    On September 15, 2005, ISTHA filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss both petitions that
    are the subject matter of this consolidated docket. The motion is granted. The Board hereby
    dismisses the petition, and closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
