HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On October 3, 2005, the parties submitted their respective proposed discovery schedules.

After review, the discovery schedule is as follows: written discovery to be served on or before

December 30, 2005; written discovery to be answered on or before January 30, 2006;

depositions to be scheduled and completed on or before March 14, 2006; all supplemental

discovery to be served on or before April 14, 2006; all discovery to be completed on or before

April 21, 2006.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on November 3, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
