HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 11, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner had been waiting for the settlement letter, and respondent reported
that the letter had been sent. The parties will look into this further.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 10, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this case.
