HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are advised that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer identified
below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board in this matter
must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
The Board has granted petitioner’s motion for expedited hearing. Accordingly, the
hearing officer will not grant any deadline extensions for respondents’ responses unless
petitioner consents. The responses are due by October 27, 2005. Petitioner’s reply, if any, is due
November 10, 2005. At the first status conference, the parties should be prepared to discuss
hearing dates.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 14, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
