HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 6, 2005, the respondents informed the hearing officer that they are drafting
their answer and will be filed in a timely manner.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 17, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference
must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
