    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 27, 2005, respondent filed a motion for an extension time until
    October 11, 2005, to answer the complaint. On September 30, 2005, complainant filed a
    response to the motion stating that it did not object to the request. Accordingly, the motion is
    granted.
     
    The parties are reminded to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
