    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 4, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The site should be cleaned by the end of the month, and complainant will
    reinspect the site in November. Respondent Harrison may file a motion for summary judgment
    later this month.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on November 29, 2005. The call shall be initiated by the complainant, and
    both the complainant and the hearing officer will call the respondents’ attorneys.
