HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 29, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The petitioner represented that the additional information, including

groundwater monitoring system information, was forwarded to the Illinois Environmental

Protection Agency (Agency) for its review. The Agency reviewed it and forwarded comments to

the petitioner. The petitioner is presently reviewing those comments.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on November 23, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discus the status of

the matter and their readiness for hearing.
