HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 4, 2005, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement agreement, and petitioner is waiting for
the final approval letter from respondent’s technical unit.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
