HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On October 4, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner is waiting for respondent to send a letter

proposing ways to resolve this matter. The hearing officer advised petitioner’s attorney that this

case may have been reassigned to a different Illinois Environmental Protection Agency attorney,

and suggested that he contact respondent to urge the completion of this letter.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 3, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the petitioner.

 

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
