HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 22, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that it filed an amended notice of service on the
respondent Joel Hillman. The prior notice was served on Hillman’s then attorney. The attorney
no longer represents Hillman. To that end, it was agreed that the respondent’s answer is now
due to be filed on or before November 15, 2005.
The parties were directed to submit a proposed discovery schedule on or before October
3, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on November 3, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
