HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 22, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties agreed to discuss a possible resolve to this matter prior to the next

telephonic status conference. The complainants were directed to respond to respondent’s

affirmative defense, filed August 26, 2005, on or before October 28, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on October 20, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for

its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status

of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
