Re: Proposed revisions to fund regulations R04-022 and R04-023
To
Whom It
Concerns:
It is my understanding that the Illinois Pollution Contm) Board
(JPCB) is considering
regulatory changes to the Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Fund.
Several constituents contacted me
expressing their coucerns with proposed changes.
Specifically with regard to
a “one size üts
all” rare change with regard to clean up
cost.
I ask that the IPCR carefully review any and all proposed changes and their impact on
small municipalities
and small business owners, especially those located
in rural
and
remote
areas ofthe state.
Thank you for your careful consideration t~ith
regard to this matter. Ifyou have any
questions please contact me at your convenience.
