HEARING OFFICER ORDER

hearing officer. The parties are awaiting the Board’s ruling on the motion to stay the

proceedings.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the

complainant.
