HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 20, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. As last reported, respondent was examining a possible insurance settlement
with an engineering firm involved in the alleged violations. The engineers have not been
cooperative, and respondent is considering the best manner in which to compel their responses.
Depending on respondent’s progress, discovery dates may be set at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 25, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
