HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 22, 2005, complainant advised the hearing officer that the hearing
scheduled for October 5, 2005 would again need to be rescheduled due to inspector
unavailability. The hearing officer refused to set a new hearing date until such time as a date
could be confirmed with the inspector. Complainant’s attorney is out of the office for the rest of
the week, so a hearing will be rescheduled next week.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 4:30 p.m. on October 4, 2005. The call will be initiated by complainant’s attorney.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
