    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 20, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner has proposed a new closure plan for the land farm. Respondent is
    reviewing the proposal, and a hearing has been scheduled in Lawrence County Circuit Court for
    December 2, 2005.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 6, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
