HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On September 22, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the

hearing officer. The parties represented that a resolution to the above-captioned matter is

proceeding and that a host agreement is close to being voted on. Language in the host agreement

includes dismissal of this matter. It was represented that there appears to be one remaining issue

to be resolved regarding access to the forest preserve. That issue is presently being discussed.

The petitioner represented that it will file a 60-day waiver of the statutory decision deadline.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on November 17, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The status must be initiated by the petitioners, but

each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the

parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness

for hearing.
