HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 15, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties have not had an opportunity to discuss

this matter, but will do so before the next status conference.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 25, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the

petitioner.

The decision deadline in this case is June 15, 2006.
