HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Respondent has made some progress at the site, and will speak to the inspector

about the best way to store tires he plans to use.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 9:15 a.m. on October 18, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the

complainant.
