HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 15, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Petitioner will dismiss this appeal as soon as it receives payment.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on December 13, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the

petitioner.
