HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 13, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant is still waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to
send a referral letter regarding the most recent violation notice. Upon receipt of the referral,
complainant will amend the complaint.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 29, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
the complainant.
