HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 13, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The respondents requested an extension of time to file their response to
complainant’s motion for summary judgment. Without objection, the respondents’ motion was
granted. The respondents’ response is now due on or before October 3, 2005. The respondents
also represented that they will be filing a cross-motion for summary judgment on October 3,
2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on December 8, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
