    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 13, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner will submit supplemental application materials to respondent next
    week. When respondent has an opportunity to review the information, the petitioner will
    schedule a meeting with respondent’s CAAPP permit staff.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on November 15, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
