Hillman. On August 24, 2005, the State filed
a complaint with the Illinois Pollution Control
Board in the above-referenced matter. At that time Mr.
Anaya, Attorney for Respondent Joel
Hillman, stated that he would accept
service on behalf of his client, and so the Notice of Filing
was directed to Mr. Anaya. I was advised earlier today, that Respondent
Joel Hillman was no
longer being represented by Mr. Anaya, and as Respondent
has not yet filed an appearance, I am
today mailing a copy of the complaint by
registered mail on Respondent Hillman pursuant to the
Board's Rules.
