HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 7, 2005, the hearing officer discussed with the parties the respondent’s
motion for order of protection, filed September 7, 2005. The petitioner anticipated that it will
file its response on or before September 13, 2005. Re-scheduling the briefing schedule was also
discussed. The parties’ respective motions for summary judgment are now due to be filed on or
before September 29, 2005. Responses are due to be filed on or before October 13, 2005.
Replies, if any, are due to be filed on or before October 20, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 13, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
