HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 8, 2005, the parties informed the hearing officer that settlement

discussions have been ongoing and additional information continues to be forwarded to the

complainant by the respondent. To that end it was agreed that respondent’s answer is now due to

be filed on or before December 8, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on November 17, 2005, at 9:45 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
