HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 8, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent was unable to appear. Complainant has submitted proposed
settlement language to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. If the Agency approves,
complainant will forward the proposal to respondent for review.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on December 8, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
