HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 8, 2005, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondents John and

Ella Hall (Hall) did not appear. The complainant represented that it will attempt to contact the

Hall’s prior to the next status conference. The complainant also represented that it will serve a

notice of official disclosure of beneficiaries to the respondent, South Holland Trust & Savings

Bank Trust #10897 prior to the next telephonic status conference.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on September 29, 2005, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the

conference will be cancelled without further order.
