    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 8, 2005, parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have agreed to the terms of payment. Complainant will revise the
    proposed settlement agreement, and circulate the document for signatures. The parties expect
    this matter to be resolved before the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on December 8, 2005. The call will be initiated by complainant, and the
    parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
