HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 8, 2005, the petitioner represented that it is reviewing a prepared
corrective action completion report and will forward it to the respondent within 10 days for its
review. If approved, the petitioner anticipates a no further remediation letter. The petitioner
represented that it will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline to and including August 1,
2006.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on November 23, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing
