    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 1, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties hope to finalize the terms of the new permit before the next status
    conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 1, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
