HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On August 30, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status

conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner was

preparing a letter to respondent requesting modifications of the permit language.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 29, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the

petitioner.

Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
