HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 31, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is reviewing complainant’s draft
motion for summary judgment. Complainant hopes to file the motion within the next 30 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 27, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
