HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 30, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s Institutional Facilities Committee has approved the settlement
agreement with some minor changes. Assuming complainant’s attorney is authorized by
complainant to make those changes, the agreement will be sent to the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency for approval.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on November 15, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
People.
