    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 30, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney still needs to discuss with management certain legal
    issues that will impact settlement. Due to recent management turnover in the Agency, these
    discussions have been delayed.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 6, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
