HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 25, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that some of the requested financial documents
have been recently forwarded to it for review. The complainant represented that additional
documents are needed. The respondents represented that they will strive to forward the
requested documents prior to the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 27, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
