HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 25, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant was unable to reach respondent to find
out why the motion to withdraw the petition for review has not been filed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on October 6, 2005. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
complainant.
