HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 25, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are discussing issues relating to the written discovery responses.
The responses are currently due by October 7, 2005, but they parties may agree to extend that
date at the next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 7, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
