HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 18, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that a meeting was held on August 11, 2005, to discuss a
resolution in this matter. To that end, it was agreed that the respondent would shut down the
compressor on weekends and rearrange the operational schedule during the week in an effort to
seek a resolve. The parties are to report the outcome at the next status conference.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 15, 2005, at 2:00 p.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
