HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 18, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties represented that they are awaiting the Board’s decision regarding
petitioners’ motion for summary judgment.
On February 13, 2004, the respondent, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
(Agency), filed a motion for leave to amend record

, amended record number 2. There
having been no objections, the Agency’s motion is granted.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 27, 2005, at 10:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
