    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On July 19, 2005, attorneys J.T. Smith and Thomas E. Hogan filed a motion requesting to
    be admitted
    pro hac vice
    in this matter on behalf of Kerr-McGee. Both attorneys are with the
    law firm of Covington & Burling of Washington, D.C.
    No response to the motion to appear

    has been filed. If a party files no
    response to a motion within 14 days, the party will be deemed to have waived objection to the
