    (UST Appeal)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by A.S. Moore):
Jim’s Shell & Marine petitioned the Board to review a March 7, 2003 determination of
the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) limiting reimbursement from the State’s
Underground Storage Tank (UST) Fund. The Agency’s determination concerns a UST leak at a
former gasoline service station site owned by Jim’s Shell & Marine and located at 1122 North
Springfield Street, in Virden, Macoupin County. On August 1, 2005, Jim’s Shell & Marine filed
a motion to voluntarily dismiss this UST appeal, stating that Jim’s Shell & Marine and the
Agency have resolved the disputed issues. The Board grants the motion and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on August 18, 2005, by a vote of 4-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
