    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On August 18, 2005, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. A hearing in this matter was previously set for
    September 9, 2005. Since the last status conference, this case has been reassigned to
    complainant’s attorney, Michelle Ryan, who does not work on Fridays. Accordingly, the hearing
    is being rescheduled to October 5, 2005. If Mr. Smith is still interested in trying to settle this
    matter before hearing, he should contact Ms. Ryan at 217/782-5544.
     
    No further status conferences are scheduled, although the parties may feel free to contact
    the hearing officer at any time if they desire.
