    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 16, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. The hearing officer left a message
    for petitioner’s attorney asking why this case has not yet been dismissed. Petitioner did not
    return the call.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on September 20, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
