HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

On August 4, 2005, the Board issued an order granting the parties joint motion to stay the

proceedings to and including May 3, 2006. To that end, the telephonic status conference

previously scheduled for September 15, 2005, has been cancelled and rescheduled to the date and

time noted below.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on May 4, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

complainants, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
