    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 16, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. A consent order has been entered in a related
    enforcement matter. The terms of that order require dismissal of this appeal within a certain
    timeframe. Petitioner’s attorney expects that this appeal will be withdrawn before the next status
    conference.
     
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 4, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline for this case is January 19, 2006.
